summer goals

and now i've got almost 4 months of summer ahead of me, how terrifying! well, i'm happy to be on holiday but when i can't real...

and now i've got almost 4 months of summer ahead of me, how terrifying!

well, i'm happy to be on holiday but when i can't really travel anywhere it's a bit scary to think about how i might spend this 4 months procrastinating and then, quicker than i realise, i will be on the plane back to england again.

so here's what i thought i would do: make list! so that i have it al written down as a reminder of what i will achieve this summer. and hopefully it will keep me from letting my my time slip away, day by day, without doing anything worthwhile.

so here are my 2015 summer goals

  • yoga class (every other day)
  • meditation (30 minutes a day)
  • swim (3 times a week)
  • plan our argentina trip
  • finish reading divergente (= learn spanish)
  • finish reading smorgasbord
  • learn how to cook thai food & desserts
  • make a film about thailand (or chiangmai)/recipe videos etc.
  • make a thai food zine?
  • volunteer at an organic farm (pun pun)
  • bake sourdough bread (all by myself from the start to finish!)
  • make raw cheesecake
  • make falafel & hummus
  • learn how to make coffee (with daddy)
  • upload my german story
  • write about my year in england
  • sew leather bag/camera bag
  • a week without social network/sweets each month

well, i think that's quite enough to keep me occupied for 4 months (or maybe more...) let's see how productive i can be!
